Returns and Exchange


If the item you purchased doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for an exchange or store credit. It's important to note that exchanges and credits are only available if the items are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please be aware that items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are not eligible for exchanges or credits.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell it. This means that the item should not have been used, washed or altered, and all original tags must still be attached. If we receive items that don't meet this condition, we have the right to refuse the return and send the items back to you.

Postage charges for returned goods are not credited, and the cost of returning items is at your own expense.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within seven days, and we will arrange for a repair or replacement. If a replacement is not available, you can choose to receive store credit, an exchange, or a full refund.

HA.THI cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during the shipping of items or if the items are not received.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us through our email. Remember to include your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the item. Prior to sending back the item, please wait for our reply and instruction.
